About Me

CURRENT MISSION

have fun, peace, and love

ABOUT ME
Like Thoreau, I'd rather sit alone outside than crowded on man-made luxury. My life is centered around nature, happiness, learning, family, and friends. I yearn for adventure. I want to jump off cliffs, get lost in cities, and wander around the world.

PHILOSOPHY

Exploration of the world strengthens our character and compassion. Life is about experiences. I want every day to be one.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

By taking part in the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Every couchsurfing experience has been incredibly insightful! It's evident that everyone on this site really wants to make a difference and learn and grow. I appreciate the glimpse into the lives and cultures of others. Couchsurfing allows us to take on another perspective, share our lives, and have some fun in the process!

Interests

I like to push my limits to learn, grow, eat, laugh, and learn. I am willing to feel uncomfortable for the sake of the aforementioned. I enjoy nearly all outdoor activities, creating a more sustainable life-style, and working to make a positive impact in the world around me.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music has the ability to sympathize with your situation. It can support you in a way no other thing can. How incredible is that?

Ishmael is one of my favorite books. So is Atlas Shrugged, Jane Eyre, A Wrinkle in Time, The Bridge to Terabithia, and A Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Camping on the Cliffs of Moher, skydiving, guiding class V rapids, hiking the Badlands at sunrise, scuba diving in Mexico, jumping off the End of the World in Hawaii,

Teach, Learn, Share

Take time to explore a new area. I prefer to spend a week in a city before moving on. There is so much around you to be absorbed-it takes time. My favorite thing to do in a foreign place is get lost. Just wandering around will bring you to some of the coolest places, people, and experiences.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My love of food, my enthusiasm for life, and my gratitude for your hospitality and culture.
