About Me

ONLY HOST WOMEN. It’s the deal I got with my roommates. So guys, please, just stop trying (even if you come with your girlfriend or mom or whatever)! I‘m sure you‘re nice, interesting, feminist and everything, but for now this rule remains anyway.

Soo... about me : We can say I'm a curious young girl, greedy for discoveries and knowledge (problem is I'm a bit lazy and unorganized) :)
Mostly a discrete person (the mostly is important), I might seem a bit shy at first but I'll be glad to meet travelers and to share some life experiences!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To me is staying with locals the best way to travel, and till now, CS gave me the opportunity to meet nice and interesting people. It was always a pleasure.

Music, Movies, and Books

I mostly listen to world music (eastern folklores, latino, gypsy (jazz), oriental, asian, tribal) especially when it is revisited and mixed up with other musical styles ! But I also like old rock (mostly 50's to 70's), electronic, blues, funk, groove, indie, classical (but I have to admit opera isn't really my thing), techno, some film music, some french songs...
My favorites books are the books who made me travel, laught, feel, those who changed me or pushed me to question myself and my world vision. I also love to read something I feel without managing to put words on it, it's like therapy ! But I have to admit I'm a lazy reader and I often don't manage to finish a book because I started another one :)
What I read can be very variant: absurd novels, poesy, science fiction, philosophical essays, ethnographic studies,...
For the movies it is a bit like for the books. I like to be caught by the screen, which can make me thinking, feel something or be more aware of a phenomenon... To me it's hard to feel the same before and after you've watched a very good movie (even if you don't know exactly what have changed)! Apart from that, I grew up with Sergio Leone's western and Emir Kusturica's movies so I might be partial for those ones.

Teach, Learn, Share

I don't trust my pedagogic skills so much, but I might be able to teach you some basic accordion chords and help you improve your french a bit. I'll be pleased to share some cooking skills and music/movies/books references too :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

A friendly face?
I can offer my company, listen and talk about random and deep stuff, play games, cook, have a drink, play music, sing badly... Quite standard!
