About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Take care of myself. Staying focused, staying alert and staying driven even while sipping orange juice and taking naps.

ABOUT ME

I am filling my time these days so full that I have little time to relax. But then I stop, turn my coffee cup to better grasp its cold rim and notice that I had been so busy playing guitar and drinking wine to realize that I am doing exactly what I want to be doing.

I am finding more and more that there is no rule book to tackle life. Clearly, only a fool thinks otherwise, but I as get older I see less and less flaws in everybody and everything. Everyone is interesting. Every place has its function and beauty.

PHILOSOPHY

I was just having a conversation where it was asked, "Where are you when you're happiest?"

I don't have such a place. I often find myself reflecting on what I great time I am having, right here. Right now.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Being in New York I seem to run a revolving door of guests from out of town. Though most of my best pals don't couch surf, they share my bed.

I was the first and still only one of my friends from back home to move to New York. As I told them when I left over 2 years ago, "Its the greatest thing ever. Now you have an ally in New York. The world is getting that much smaller!"

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Never tried this before and if it works out perfectly I wouldn't be surprised.

Interests

There isn't much I don't enjoy doing. It works out great as I am rarely bored. Specificly though: being outside as much as possible, sandwiches, conversation, a well played hand of Domino's, bell peppers, live music or otherwise, wine, whiskey and wandering.

Music, Movies, and Books

Stienbeck really pumps my nads.
Beck rocks my socks.
Daniel Day Lewis is a mutant.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Yesterday I randomly ran into three different friends whom I hadn't seen in months. This happened after a guacamole making competition and before a wonderful concert in a small venue in the East Village.
