Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I traveled through the south for my winter term project this January, recording my trip with my trusty camera and notebook. This summer I'm going on a roadtrip with a friend to San Francisco. I think couchsurfing is a great way to experience new places--I'd love to hang out with you, hear your great stories, and check out your city!

I also have a couch available when I get back to Oberlin.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My roommate Rosalie and I have hosted people at our place in Oberlin. I've surfed through the south and the West.

Interests

Secret underground tunnels (I can show you Oberlin tunnels). Loud music. Finding great, cheap food. Getting absorbed in a good book.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all kinds of music, from the Talking Heads to Time for Three to more underground Hip-hop.

I like reading fiction in my free time. Right now I'm reading Johnny got his Gun. I also obsessively read the paper.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once sneezed seventeen times in a row. I got to see the graves of my great-great-great relatives on a tall mountain in northern Italy and hear crazy stories about them. My elementary school bus driver used to stop the bus and pick up ladies while the entire bus (full of 10 year-olds) cheered for him.

Teach, Learn, Share

I took a great class on giving professional massages--can share some good massage tips. I can show you how to roll your own skin (not as gross as it may sound)
