ABOUT ME

I am a slave to an oft-wandering mind, I roam the world while observing & absorbing all I can. I feel like I am never quite where I should be; at times, I feel lost & alone, but am motivated by that; and I love to meet new & different/wonderful people

PHILOSOPHY

I am incredibly intimidated by the world and I am well-aware of my diminutiveness, but I would really like to spend my life leaving a discrete, but loudly beautiful mark/impression... I want to absorb more than I appear to be able to withstand and I want what I contribute to be double that.

For now -- at midnight, this is all you're getting of my personal philosophy.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am floored by how brilliant the idea of CS really is. I am new to the site, and am only in the position to meet people and may need to surf several times while I'm still in Russia... But eventually, once I am back in my own city, with my own couch again, I will love to host others!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My friend Taylor and I have only met a handful of people that he found on CS, but they have all been great finds and interesting people; and I had a blast!

Interests

I am very much into throwing myself into new and exciting/sometimes uncomfortable situations and working through that challenge... Traveling and experiencing new cultures is ideal.

I love being outdoors and exercising. So hiking, kayaking, trail running (running in general), laying out by the pool and snowshoeing are all favorite pastimes of mine.
