ABOUT ME

My name is Brian L. Tan "BLT", global citizen residing in Los Angeles and working in the film industry. As you've probably gathered, I have a passion for my craft and I've worked on Tron: Legacy, X-Men, and Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and will one day be a full-fledged action film director.

My other passion is traveling and I whetted my appetite for it when living overseas when I was young. I've been to every continent except Antarctica and the more I travel, the more there is to see! As I like to tell my friends back in the States, I travel to live, and live to travel.

- Diving at the shipwreck of the USS Liberty in Bali
- Driving a Porsche at 150 MPH on the toughest racetrack in the world (nürburgring)
- Diving with a school of sharks and manta rays
- Being a firefighter for a week
- Flying a helicopter and airplane
- Shooting a film out of a police helicopter
- Nearly gouging out Kevin Bacon's eyeballs while working on X-Men: First Class
- Wandering around drunk on the backlot of Paramount Studios
- Being an embedded journalist for the US Army
