Greetings all💐, welcome to my profile, It is a bit lengthy but I feel it is important to let you know some basic stuff about your host if you are going to be my guest in the near future.

🔰BASIC INFORMATION 🔰:
I’m from Egypt but I live in Dubai. I’m a senior engineer so if you are an engineer or interested in engineering feel free to ask for more details.
Basically I like reading , movies , cinema and dining out. Recently I tried diving and I liked it so much. I’m trying to find out new stuff that might be interesting to do, so if u have a nice idea or an advice feel free to communicate with me, and for sure I would like to meet new people, make new friends and hangout in my free time.

👉PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE SENDING A HOSTING REQUEST📬 :

I have hosted many guests, actually more than what is mentioned in the reference section, however some of them were without hosting requests because we met during hangouts or they were friends of my friends.

🏠IF YOU COME TO STAY AT MY PLACE YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING ( FREE 😎, NO HIDDEN CHARGES👍):
#A separate room to sleep ” good location near metro , taxi and bus stop”
#Good WI-FI.
#Separate bathroom.
#Kitchen stuff are available including washing machine where you can do laundry .
#I can give you some rides if I have free time “ please note that I don’t have to do so , I’m just doing it sometimes to help”
#Free use of available drinks and food “ based on availability “
#I will invite you for hangouts if you like to “ restaurants , cinema , other activities.. “ based on our free schedule and your personality.

🔻IT SHOULD BE HIGHLIGHTED THAT🔻:

🤷🏻I’m not vegetarian , vegan nor anything that has V in it , I eat vegetables and meat, and I love to eat meat actually I enjoy it as well, so I’m not willing to change my eating habits.
I hope that was clear message for everyone of you “Vegetarians “ “Vegans” or whatever you name yourselves as you start talking about it within less than 5 minutes of any conversation. So I think that was clear enough. Don’t try your luck to convince me to change what I like to eat simply it will not happen.

🤦🏻‍♂️I’m not interested in any ABCD.. ..GHI….JKL..QRST..V.. XYZ groups or individuals or anything that is yet to be developed which some other letters can be assigned to it . Again I’m not willing to try and I will not change my life because I met you. You can be so … fantastic but it is a dead end. So please save ur time and save mine as well.

VERY IMPORTANT🫡:
Knowing of the above , I prefer to host people who have a good personality and fun to be around. I’m not asking for money and you don’t need to bring any gifts , keep your money for your needs , you might need it during your traveling time.
In general I’m not interested in meeting fake people, I want to meet normal people who have normal lifestyles who will enjoy the good food rather than taking 200 photos to find the perfect one to share online and will not travel for hours and waste the full day just trying to take a photo in the perfect spot rather than enjoying the place. I truly understand tourists and visitors can do that sometimes and I have no issue with that if it is within limits but don’t push it too far,sometimes it is really annoying.

It would be appreciated 🥰if you leave the place in good conditions as you found it , In case you didn’t like the place or have a comment you can tell me politely and I will be glad to help if I can , if you want to be rude about it you are free to find a better place or even a better host to move to , you didn’t pay rent and I’m not your personal helper.

Please don’t ask me for photos of the place❗️: simply I don’t like to do so , and before you insist please remember it is not a hotel where you want to check the view or the room arrangement, use booking or any similar applications, they may show the available options and receive your special demands.

If you are too busy that you need hours and days to reply to messages and communicate, most probably I will get bored and either ignore your future messages or even block you .

PLEASE NOTE THAT‼️: I do smoke in my house “Shisha/Hooka” sometimes, so you should not wait till you arrive to my home and tell me you don’t like smoke or you are allergic to it, that is clearly your mistake because you didn’t read the profile. However if you have an emergency , and it is an urgent 🚨 hosting request,“ one or two days max“, it can be considered.

One more thing ❕, You should not wait for your last day and then ask me to extend your stay, I agree clearly on certain days. If I can and I have the time to do so ,I will offer you to extend your stay if you like to, otherwise please don’t try to make me feel guilty for you, I hate it when they do that but they don’t care about the host or his plans.
