ABOUT ME

I moved to Berlin from New York City in October 2008 to try a different career and lifestyle, and to get in touch with my roots (my parents are from Germany).

I have been painting/sculpting, organizing a group for creatives of all nationalities in Berlin, and working for a music software company.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've gone to some CS parties, surfed and hosted, and met up with people traveling in Berlin.

Sculpting, painting, metalsmithing, visiting museums and galleries, exploring new cities, reading and going to readings (mostly fiction), journaling and writing short stories, rock shows, animals (I speak both cat and dog), adventure, lounging in the park, movies, good German beer, food of all types but especially Korean and Mexican...

My favorite books include White Noise, To the Lighthouse, Neverending Story. Some of the best movies I've seen: Pan's Labyrinth, Princess Mononoke, Motorcycle Diaries.
