ABOUT ME

Well... (damn! My teacher has always told me to never begin a sentence like that)

I moved from my hometown Berlin to Edinburgh in September 2010 and studied one year of English and Film. And then I dropped out because it was more than boring. Now I'm a student nurse. Quite different, I know. But I love it!

I love cycling through Berlin in the summer. Glasgow's traffic can be quite scary but I totally got into cycling again. YASSSS!

I enjoyed my life in Edinburgh. The city is stunning and I've met loads of nice people. BUUUUT Glasgow is so cool, full of culture and weird people and with a veeeery special atmosphere. Come and find out for yourself!!!

PHILOSOPHY

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I try to host as many people as I can but Nursing is a very time consuming degree, especially when I am on placement, and sometimes I just want to fall into my beeeed after a 12-hour shift.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first Couchsurfing experiences were in Paris and London in June 2010 and I had a great time. Also I've met wonderful people in Finland and the US!!! When I finally moved out of student halls I was then able to actually host people myself which has been great fun so far and I try to squeeze in as many as I can :)

Zainteresowania

I am a big fan of going to the theatre, of music, traveling, meeting people, dancing all night long, culture, laughing till I have to run to the bathroom.
Back in Berlin I was taking dance classes doing Salsa and Jazz and I really want to start doing that again.
Also, I REALLY WANT TO LEARN TO PLAY AN INSTRUMENT. Wow, I've been saying that for quite a while now. PS: I've now bought a guitar :)
