ABOUT ME

If I were a newspaper headline, I might read as follows: Multilingual, multicultural, multi-talented man advances confidently in the direction of his dreams. Grateful for a very real experience which taught me that life is too short to do otherwise. Lifetime student of everything: philosophy, language, art, business, travel, yoga, meditation, and martial arts and self-development. I've lived in Greece, Mexico, Italy, Argentina & Washington, D.C. and am thankful to have wonderful friends & family in all corners of the globe. I'm here to make more lifetime friends and meet cool people. While I do that, I'm trying to embody the Taoist/martial idea of nonresistance(especially in my travels.) Through martial arts, I've learned that when attacked, as opposed to meeting an opponent's force with equal and opposite force, if I just create empty space, their force dissipates. Sidestepping a punch is easier than meeting your fist with theirs, and less painful. Similarly, as I travel and embrace the uncertain, as opposed to react when things go astray, I'm working on just taking it as it comes. Looking forward to life's many phases.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've backpacked through different parts of the world multiple times, enjoying the unfamiliarity of hostels/random meet ups alike, but neither formally though this website. That is now changing.

Interests

I like to read, grow, share great stories with interesting people, party, dance, do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, design projects, websites, record interviews, relax, meditate and just create great shit.
