We are both lovers of people--all people from everywhere. We live in a quiet, rural area between two larger cities in a place in the Midwest that has a lot to recommend it. We do what we can to help out our neighbors--those who live close to us--and everyone who is a member of our race: the human race. Our missions is to provide an enjoyable oasis for passing travelers and to make new friends wherever we might find them.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We consider ourselves travelers, even when we're not on the move. We like to explore new places, see new things and meet new people. When we are abroad, we want to connect and become a part of the people and the culture we find, not simply look at the landscape. We hope to immerse ourselves in the world by way of becoming friends with everyone we meet.
