ABOUT ME

"Jane of all Trades", mother, web designer, grant writer, non profit consultant, cooking teacher...

Born and raised in Massachusetts. Black, Irish, Indigenous North American, French, eclectic, tech geek, small biz owner, youth advocate, mother and kitty mommy. Home base was North Hollywood, California although I have been a nomad for about a 5 years. I'm was supposed to move to Spain in Spring 2020. Guess what happened. 😝

I am blessed to be able to make a living doing many things I am passionate about. As a lifelong volunteer, it is my pleasure to be of service to several non profits.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I love to travel. I got the travel bug when my mother got Explore America bus tickets when I was 5. I had my 6th birthday in San Francisco. Then my father took me to London when I was 16. I went back at 19 solo and stayed for 30 days. I was hooked on solo travel at that time.

I have been to London, Holland, Belgium, France, Spain, Jordan, Ireland, Scotland, Italy, Morocco, Canada, Mexico, many cities in the United States. I am taking a cross country trip right now and taking buses from city to city.

Interessen

Cooking, hiking, bike riding, being car free, my grandson(7 yrs old), computers, chocolate, cats, women's circles and much more. Non smoker. Love wine. Love thrift shopping.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I laid on a rug in the Sahara and watched the entire Milky Way travel across the sky from 22:00-5:00h and it was incredible.

I love to cook and love to teach folks to cook. I would love to learn how to play my Native American flute while on this current journey.
