I have a thirst for life and would love to travel the world...on a budget. I'm a teacher so I only have a few bucks to travel.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm fairly new to couch surfing. I don't even remember how I heard of couch surfing but I think it's a great way to meet people, build memories and learn along the way.

There's something about trusting a total stranger that I find refreshing in today's world. It allows you to continue to believe in human kindness.

Interests

I'm outdoorsy enough to try new things despite my fears. However, I do enjoy a good bar or two. I love museums and local history. Learning about local history to me makes the experience that much more memorable.

Indie rock, modern rock, classic rock, anything rock is my thing. But, I do enjoy all music, yes, including country.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went skydiving in Santa Barbara, California; canyoning and hang gliding in Interlaken, Switzerland.
