ABOUT ME

Born in France, I went to Yaoundé, in Cameroon, where I lived my childhood and first teenage years. The African earth is registered in my blood and my DNA.
I am a lover of free spaces, of ocean, and over all, of forests. I love green under all its shape and I am a defender of the Leaving in all its aspects : ecology, bio-dynamie, organic, pure and leavely water.
I love laughs.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is extraordinary clever !
As I accept the idea of death, then I accept also to leave. It is the Tao law, the law of complementary opposite. It opens to the non-duality.
For me, in my understanding and my experience, it is the start of freedom, real love and peace.
Get lighter and lighter (from constraints), live joy and fill oneself with wonder while looking at a so small flower, at the sunset, at a smile...
Life is beautiful...

I have only housed CS. I like meeting different people listen to the story of their life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

4 years ago, in the Azores ocean, 2 whales swimming one after the other, passing by our boat at roughly 200 meters far.
Still now, I am full of emotions when I think about this moment.
What a power ! It seems that time has not the same value for them than for us...

Teach, Learn, Share

I would enjoy transmitting my knowledge in sophrology, relaxation, Eft, a few in Qi-Gong.
I can listen and allow the other to go forward
I love sharing spiritual and philosophical experience.
The metal, electronic and rap music are amongst the music that I don't really like, I like discovering new people, new experiences.
