About Me
Hello all!
I love traveling, so I decided to come to Germany to study. Because I have 30 days of holidays for a year during my Ph.D. I finished a master degree at Technical University in Munich and doing my Ph.D. here as well.
I like learning languages! I can fluently speak Korean(mother tongue), English and German. I have learned French, Spanish and Italian for one semester and I can speak basics and understand some. With the basic knowledge of Spanish, I traveled Latin America for two months. But, still, I need to learn and practice more. I take one more course next semester and hopefully speak better Spanish!
Beside of Spanish, I am gonna stay in Yokohama, Japan in Oct 2018 to Jan 2019 for research.
If you want, I can teach Korean or English(even though I am not a native, I can talk to you slowly and explain).
Or I can also teach you guitar! I am pretty good. I have the experience to teach guitar in a school.
I think it will be too much if I write about me all here, so let's talk in person!
Oops, I forgot the most important thing.
I am an awesome cook. I am very good at cooking Korean food
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It would be better to explain my Couchsurfing-experiences.
The first where I was on Couchsurfing, was in Russia and I got to know a very nice friend Christina. We are still getting touch within us. She took me very amazing places in her hometown and we had unforgettable time.
The second was in Tallinn in Estonia and met Maria there, even though we had a very short time, we become good friends.
The third was in Warsaw in Poland with Monika. She is very kind and a nice person, we have good time in Oldtown. I don't have much time with her, but I hope to meet her again.
The last one is in Munich, Germany. This is the most amazing experience. I met Matthias who is now my best friend. I have come to Germany to study master degree. I didn't expect to study here in Munich for the first. At the moment, I didn't speak English well, even any words in German. I did not know that Finding an accommodation in Munich is like HELL. But he kindly waited for me until find my place for few weeks, and I got lots of help from him.
The most influencing me is that I have a similar feeling to home here in Munich.
I have not been on Couchsurfing for a long time, because I have been focusing much on studying. I would like to surf the couch again and also give back what I have gotten from everyone.
