ABOUT ME

I am originally from Osaka, Japan and currently I am living in California, USA.
Even though I spent 1/3 of my life in the states, I still think I am so Japanese..., but not a typical Japanese girl...
eh confusing? :D
I moved to the states alone when I was 20 for college. Right after I graduated, I won the lottery for the green card and that's how I ended up working in the US.
For now, being a flight attendant is a perfect job for me because I <3 traveling. I love to explore places, learn their cultures/history, and meet people from all over the world. I am lucky that I get to do that while I am working!
I see this job pretty interesting for me because I get to go places where I've never heard of/thought of visiting.. definitely a lot of emotions involved: delight, anger, sorrow, pleasure, excitement..at work- in different countries or on the plane when we have troops/war refugees.
It makes me think a lot of things: what's going on in the world..war, peace, poverty, politics.. and makes me appreciate what I have.
hm what else.. I am pretty shy at first, but once I get to know the person, I love to talk and like to goof around, be silly, be serious..
I am definitely up for anything and sometimes I can be crazy like driving 19 hrs through snowstorm at midnight without reception :D I like eating different kind of foods, dance, art..and of course, people with great <3
I would like to keep discovering new things, challenging and living in a moment ;)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It's been great so far! I have stayed with two people and both of them were just fantastic and definitely made the trip more enjoyable. I have met great people through CS ;)
It would be pretty difficult to host someone because I am out of town quite often for work, but I would love to start hosting people when I am in town!
