About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Mission 1: Have some fun people over at my house. Mission 2: track down some places to stay during my summer/fall adventures.
ABOUT ME
I'm on my way to completing my degree, going to teacher's college, and getting a job teaching junior intensive in the alternative education program, but I've been struck by a major case of wanderlust. When I graduate, I am peacing out of here and trying to see and live in as many places as I can.
PHILOSOPHY
I'm not really sure why I'm here or why I do what I do. But I do know that whatever I do, I'm going to try to make life as good as possible for as many other people as I possibly can. And also to live sustainably, not rack up too much carbon footprint damage, etc. Because the environment is...well, OUR environment. We live and breathe this stuff, so we need to be nice to it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
My couch awaits with (metaphorically) open arms! I love meeting new people; I love the kind of quick, instant friendships formed during travelling; I love showing people around my city. And, of course, I'm going to love visiting other people when I'm done next year and start making my way around the globe!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I had my first real CouchSurfer last year...she was fantastic, and it was really a positive experience.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Yesterday, I was at Point Pelee. I stood at the Point where the tip narrows to about 1 metre wide, and enjoyed being the southernmost person on contiguous Canadian soil for about ten minutes.
