About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To live, to love, to learn, to teach, and of course, to change the world!

ABOUT ME

I'm an aspiring doctor, engineer, entrepreneur, and traveler. I love to learn and am down to Party most days of the week. I've lived in India and immigrated to America at a young age. My favorite fruit is the sugar apple, even though I haven't ate one in 13 years. I'm a pretty big dork :P and love my video games once in a while. An awesome person once told me that you can either watch the movies, or be in them.. and I choose to be in them.

PHILOSOPHY

"Travel the World, you'll never regret it."

I live my life to travel, meet new people, learn new things, and make a difference. My goal in life is to help others. I'm educating myself to become an engineer and a doctor, so that I can use my skill set to help others around the world who don't have access to modern medicine and technology.

Living the good life and fighting the good fight.
^^
sums up my philosophy :P

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host, I travel, I tell others about it, and I meet tons of new people!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

At my third year at the university, I was paired up to room with a random person whom I had not met. That person would become one of my best friends. My roommate introduced me to couchsurfing. He told me about the community and how it helps people travel and meet other travelers. I was immediately hooked. Over the course of our first semester, we made many friends from all over the world. We met a poet from Amsterdam, two college students from Los Angeles, a party-loving aspiring journalist from France, and this weekend we're hosting a young couple from Austria. I hope to continue to meet new people who are traveling through Boston while I continue my education. I also plan to travel during the time I can take off from my education.

Interests

Science, biking, reading, MUSIC!, video games, the guitar, meeting awesome people, getting lost, nature, film, history, tea, photography, taking things apart, dreaming, computers, medicine, engineering, art.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've traveled all across India in an old van with no seats.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can cook, juggle, play the guitar (sort of), build computers, speak multiple languages, and do your math homework.

I love to teach, but like learning alot more.

In addition to studying engineering, I'm currently learning to make short films.
