CURRENT MISSION

I am a student from California living in France for the semester. I love to have fun discovering new cities and new people, and I embrace our cultural differences. I want to experience as much as I can in what little time I have left in Europe!

ABOUT ME

I am a student at the University of California in Santa Barbara, and I love it there. I grew up in a small city right outside Los Angeles, and I absolutely love southern California and wouldn't have wanted to grow up anywhere else. Right now I am living in Bordeaux, which is one of the prettiest cities I have ever seen. I am trying to master the French language (which is so beautiful and poetic) but also kind of difficult! But I love it nonetheless.

PHILOSOPHY

have fun and enjoy life, maintain your own standard of morals, don't let other people influence your thoughts but be open to learning new ideas and philosophies at the same time ( if that can be managed :) ). basically just get the most you can out of life and learn from experience!!!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I get back to Santa Barbara this summer, there will be a couch waiting for anyone who wants to come experience California - where the livin's easyyyy - where people live in their swim suits and party all day on the beach :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never been couch surfing before, but I am looking forward to it!

Moving to Bordeaux. Living in a different country on a different continent with a completely different culture has been such an eye opening experience.

Ummm... I'm not sure about what skills I can offer. I enjoy cooking, as well as eating! But I can't really think of anything specific right now
