ABOUT ME

I'm just boy from Idaho, ready to explore the great wide world. I'm currently finishing my senior year of undergraduate school (having attending the College of Idaho) in style by studying Chinese in the Glorious People's Republic of China. I love traveling, exploring, getting lost, and most of all eating new foods.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am currently living in a Chinese dorm, so my ability to host is limited, but when my goofy Korean roommate moves out next semester (no Bingde, don't leave me!) I will be offering his vacated bed to anyone who wishes to visit Kaifeng, the Ancient Capital of the Song Dynasty!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am still new to Couch Surfing, so most of my experience has been through the people that my friends have hosted at their apartment. I loved the idea of meeting random new people, helping them as they travel, and than being able to have the experience in reverse when I traveled, so I decided to sign myself up. I hope to have much more experience with Couch Surfing, both hosting and surfing in the future.

My first, overriding, and constant interest is reading. I collect piles of books, read constantly, and can most often be found with my nose in a book. I also love hiking, camping, biking, skiing, backpacking, mountain biking, swimming, avoiding running, eating, traveling, watching good movies, talking endlessly about politics, and chatting with good friends.
