About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Heading to AZ and NZ in mid november.. looking to meet people there!
ABOUT ME
I'm heading off to Australia and New Zealand in mid November until mid December so thought I'd give CS a try and meet some people and have some amazing adventures on my travels.
Me: I'm very fun loving, sarcastic, and adventurous. Friendly, energetic, laid-back and can never make a decision! I was born in Canada, have lived in the US since I was 5 and now have dual citizenship. I was a college athlete, and very much still have the athlete mentality. I can be competitive in the silliest things. I love running and think that is a great way to explore a new place you're in. I don't smoke and don't really enjoy being around it. I do have a Masters in Tax but I only worked for 2-1/2 months in an accounting firm until I left and now I love my job as a business manager/accountant for a different company. No, I am not good at math!
I love the sun and beach so living in Seattle is a bit of a challenge but it's worth it to endure the rain just for the summer! And really it doesn't rain as much here as everyone thinks!
So many of my friends have moved away to start lives in all different places. I'm very excited to meet new people whether they are in my hometown or countries far away.
PHILOSOPHY
If your not happy it's up to you to figure out a way to get yourself there.
Work hard, play hard.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I hope to meet people on my travels, whether I stay on their couch or just meet up to chat.
I'm not fully able to host people on my couch at my house yet (my roommate doesn't fully approve) but I would love to meet up for coffee or a drink if you come to Bellevue or Seattle. I am always interested in going out and exploring something new in my city or perhaps if it's summertime you can come out on the lake in my boat.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
No experiences yet! My brother talked me into this site after couch surfing himself. He had a blast and has met incredible people. I hope to do the same!

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm a big reader... trashy romance, murder mysteries, political thrillers and espionage
Music: Anything really. My ipod contains a random mix of country, techno, rap, r&b, from DBM to Snow Patrol. I'm usually up for anything.
Movies: I love action movies, James Bond, some chick flicks and definitely comedies.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Traveled to Vietnam w/my parents for spring break my senior year in college. It was amazing seeing a whole different part of the world that has such intriguing and fascinating culture, history, people and cities. The people I met were wonderful, so eager to show me things and to learn about my life in America. And they kept on saying I was beautiful (must have been the blond hair) so that was very nice!
Teach, Learn, Share
Live life to the fullest... no matter what you do you can't take it back so don't bother having regrets!
It's better to have been a "has been" then a "never was"!
