My mission is to live my life, my way, learning, stumbling and discovering myself as I go. Enlightenment would be nice.

I'm a relaxed, mid 30's kind of guy, that is discovering what a beautiful world we live in.

I am interested in learning new things and discovering more about myself and about the world I live in. I love to practice Tai-Chi, play the Piano (when I find one), read books and meet new people.

I can offer teachings in some intermediate level Chi-Kong and Tai-Chi practices that will serve you for life, as well as an assortment of eclectic practices such as Tantra, simple Meditation skills and the like.

I could also teach music theory, basic Blues and Jazz improvisation techniques (I'm a pianist) and other fun oddities.
