I am retired from Computer Programming and mostly from Sound Engineering.

I've traveled all over the world, but this is my first extended trip since 2016, when I went to Tahiti, Bora Bora, and Moorea, which I totally loved.
I am also a Vietnam Veteran.
I am also a graduate of the Landmark Forum and associated programs (1987-present).
I hosted a radio show featuring live music from the 1920s onward, currently found on Facebook as At The Show, fueled by my years of working in the music industry. I've been to over 5,000 concerts, toured with Walter Egan, the DC blues band The Nighthawks, and the LA Cajun/Americana/fusion band Vaud & The Villains, plus many other bands that never made it big time.
I am an avid (my mother would say fanatical) reader, across all genres, but my favorites are science fiction, historical fiction, horror and personal growth.

I just got back from traveling around Europe from October, 2019 to January 2020, and I'm looking around the LA area for a new place to live. So I'm checking out different areas, sometimes staying with friends, sometimes not.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love almost all music, except rap and hip-hop.
I am a huge rock n roll fan, especially Pink Floyd, Bob Marley, Rolling Stones, Little Feat, Bruce Springsteen, Sigur Ros, and most rock bands from the 60s and 70s.
My favorite authors are Robert A Heinlein, Robert H Rimmer, Robert Anton Wilson, John Lilly, Stephen King, Dean Koontz, Spider Robinson, Isaac Asimov, Arthur C Clarke, James Clavell, James Michener, and many, many more.
Blade Runner is my favorite movie. I have every version of the film. But I love movies, especially sci fi and comedies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been to over 5,000 concerts, including hanging out with Walter Egan and Aerosmith before they were famous, and was at the showcase where The Cars got signed to their first record deal.

I've also met some of my favorite authors - Robert A Heinlein, Robert Anton Wilson, John Jilly and Timothy Leary, and worked with John and Tony Lilly at the Human-Dolphin Foundation.

I have taught computer programming and web design (over 100 web sites), plus led courses in psychic development.
I love learning, have over 5000 books in my library, spanning dozens of genres.
