About Me
Travelling is and always has been a passion of mine. Oddly enough couch surfing is a relatively new concept to me, and I can see it being beneficial for many people such as myself who want unique experiences and more affordable ways to travel.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Mostly I’m hoping to find ways to be smarter economically (and ethically) as a traveller, especially as this passion gets more and more expensive. Yet I also love to meet new people and share stories and experiences wherever I go. This seems like an equal opportunity for both things.

Music, Movies, and Books
My music taste is all over the place. I help run a community radio station in the town I live in and am constantly making playlists of newfound gems, genres and moods.
Same goes for movies, I have a huge love for cinema and I’ll watch almost anything once.
I read mostly non-fiction, usually ancient history or books relating to contemporary issues.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Skydiving was pretty crazy. The word ‘amazing’ seems a bit subjective though. I honestly think no single thing I have done is truly ‘amazing’ though I feel grateful to live one amazing life.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have various skills acquired over the years I could lend to teaching; camera work, editing, drone piloting, cocktail mixing, history, as well as many things I have learned about the world through my travels. Maybe a card trick or two.
I would love to learn anything really. Everywhere I go and everyone I meet has a different story to tell and experience to share and there is no limit to the things that can be learned from that. More card tricks are always good.
I like to share a good conversation.
