Overview
About Me
Hey there! I’m Bobbie, an Australian actor/musician/writer, and I’m currently on a big solo trip far from home. I’ve recently landed myself in Tbilisi for a few months and since this community has given so much to me over my past 8 months of travel, I’d love to open up my place to fellow travellers.
I’m a friendly gal and love to meet new people, so if you’re visiting Tbilisi I have a super comfy couch for 2 people to stay on (could probably fit 3 at a squeeze), we can share a meal or go out for some amazing Georgian food, have some drinks, explore the city. I have a spare key and am happy for guests to do their own thing as well, or tag along to whatever I’m up to! As an experienced surfer I hope I’m able to provide the chill, comfortable environment you need when travelling, where you can feel at home during your visit.
I love to chat about all sorts of things and learn from people I meet. I’m a big fan of yoga, music, writing, nature, art, theatre, and every now and then going and getting lit and spending the next day hungover watching Australian footy. Life’s pretty sweet, so if you need a place to stay and explore Tbilisi, send me a message!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love staying with locals in cities, as it is such a wonderful way to get to know a new place. Making new friends around the world, sharing stories and getting to know people I wouldn’t otherwise meet makes me happy. And now I’m psyched to be able to host surfers in my own little apartment in Tbilisi!

Music, Movies, and Books
Anything of Martin McDonagh’s. Or Shakespeare
Music: a combo of sad boy music: The National, Bon Iver, Cousin Tony’s Brand New Firebird (a local Melbourne band - I’ll introduce you!) plus my girly pop Olivia Rodrigo and Maisie Peters because variety is the spice of life
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Taking my first ever little silly solo cabaret show across the world to the Edinburgh Fringe by myself, and having it connect and resonate with so many wonderful people who saw it
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can cook a good vegetarian meal, play a bit of piano (or teach you!), or have an entertaining laugh together! I rarely have plans in a city so am very open to hanging out and discovering a city through your eyes, or I’m happy to be independent and do my own thing!
I’m also an actor, so if any fellow actors need a line learning/rehearsing buddy, I’m ya gal!
