I'm a traveling yogi and delightful human originally from Black Diamond, Alberta, Canada. I know spend most of my time living between the Himalays of India, my boyfriends amazing country of Sweden and my family ranch in southern Alberta, Canada. I teach yoga online and run a charity I co-founded in 2014 called Tribe of Lambs - we support children living with HIV in India.
