I normally engage in meeting people through personal referrals by friends. I have hosted a few international visitors to my city and have always enjoyed it so far.

I watch almost everything that has Meryl Streep in it; and as long as it isn't one of those B Movies that have ugly spiders or snakes, I can stand watching it til the end.

I teach communication and media courses at the University of the Philippines Visayas. So other than what I do professionally, I am a performing artist. So I guess I can be quite useful in some unique ways. :)

As to what I would like to learn, the idea alone of being with someone with a different background is learning enough. The conversations and the interaction are wonderful ways of learning.
