Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined couchsurfing because I have heard many positive remarks from several friends who have used it. They told me that it is a great way to find a nice place to sleep for a night when out on a road trip.

My friend Matt and I will be going on our own little road trip to see 9 Major League Baseball stadiums in a total of 10 days. We thought that couchsurfing would be a great way to help us out with housing arrangements each night in the many different cities. We are both very excited to go on this road trip and hope that we find some awesome people that will help make this experience even better! Interests

I am a HUGE sports fan (baseball, hockey, football, etc.), as you may already be able to tell. My favorite sport is baseball, and I played on the Virginia Tech Club Baseball team for my last 2 years of college. I would love to complete the lifetime MLB Stadium tour by seeing a game in each of the 30 MLB Ballparks. I have already been to 6, and this road trip will take me to see 9 more, making me halfway there!

I enjoy hanging out and having a good time. Family and friends are very important to me. I am also a pretty big fitness enthusiast. I love to work out and live a healthy lifestyle.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My proudest (and most recent) accomplishment is graduating with both my Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Accounting from Virginia Tech. I can't thank my family enough for all the support they have given me leading to that achievement.

I am currently preparing to take my last section of the CPA Exam. Hopefully I will be able to add that as another amazing accomplishment that I have earned.

This baseball road trip will be a great way to reward myself for all of the hard work that I put in these past 5 years and I hope it will be just as amazing as I envision it being!
