One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiked a few peaks in my life that were phenomenal. Almost got struck by lightning while spending the night on top of a mountain in northern California.

Spent three years living in mexico helping out at an orphanage for mentally and physically handicapped kids.

Summitted a 14er in Colorado

Teach, Learn, Share

I run competitively and would love to show you some loops through seattle, or mountain trails in the southern Oregon area. Ive got some basic knowledge on diet and nutrition as well as injury prevention. I've been playing guitar for years and could show you some music theory as well!
