Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I have always preferred conversations and even staying with locals rather than touristy hotels or something of that fashion. I'd rather have a local telling me about his/her country than a travelagency.

Also, i enjoy hearing good (travel)stories to expand my mind and i can't think of a better way than this

Jumping gaps on the Chinese wall
Went to the border between north & south Korea
Hiked the mountainranges of Mongolia
Traveled on the transsiberian railways

I'll be glad to share tips, tricks, maybe even contacts in many countries for the host to visit.
