ABOUT ME

Hi everyone!I'm a 25 year old Australian girl with an Italian background. I have completed a a degree in Social Science (Psychology and Sociology majors) in 2008 and have since been working with refugees and travelling the world!!In 2009 I spent 4 months travelling Western Europe with a friend, spent 3 weeks in Vietnam in 2010, and this year am travelling Eastern Europe and North and South America.When I was 15, I also did an exchange in North East Italy for a couple of months, and fell in love with the people, culture, food, artwork and architecture!!When I finished year 12, I also spent 3 weeks in Thailand with my family... I found the people to be so genuine and friendly, which made the trip all the more special.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new to the couch surfing project... but as I previously said, I did an exchange in North East Italy for 2 months when I was 15, and hosted another Italian girl a year later, so I am very open to the couch surfing concept, and can't wait to both host somebody and be hosted!! I think that it sounds like an amazing way to meet new people and exchange life experiences and cultures.

I'm new to the couch surfing project, but am very keen to get involved as I love meeting new people, swapping stories and learning about new cultures.

Interesses

I love music!! I love going to music festivals. I love to sing, and am also a beginner at guitar and ukalele.I love dancing, live music, meeting new people, making new friends and learning about different cultures... and obviously, have a great love of travelling!I love the world game- ole ole ole ole!! I love both watching and playing soccer... but haven't played in a while because uni made me rather lazy! I did play a bit of ultimate frisbee in my first year of university though- which was also a lot of fun!!!

I'd love to meet someone who could teach me some traditional Spanish/latin guitar- ie tango, flamenco etc!If you want to learn English I can help out, and I can also teach you some Italian as well. If you don't know what ultimate frisbee is, I can teach you how to play :-)
