About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I have dedicated the remainder of my life to promoting peace. I intend to end war, through communication and education. Couch Surfing seems like a really good way to spread the vision.
ABOUT ME
Hello Family!
I spent the first ten years of my life in coal country Pennsylvania. Arrived in Caifornia in my early twenties, spent awhile in Massachusetts and Tennessee, and am now in the Nevada desert.
I believe we all must realize our "oneness" if we are to survive as a species. I strongly believe in the Gift Economy and think couch surfing is great!
PHILOSOPHY
I believe it is(long past) time for us to put away war and all forms of violence. We were given an amazingly beautiful planet, with enough for every creature to live a happy and safe life. All we have to do is be mature enough to work together, and help each other. So mote it be.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I run a 20 acre retreat center and Goddess Temple just 40 miles outside Las Vegas. We have a guest house that can sleep up to 12 comfortably and I also have a guest room in my home (and a sofa bed)that are available. We have a sleeping platform as well, and you are always welcome to camp.
The Temple and grounds are a very peaceful, beautiful place to spend some time. I welcome visitors from all over our lovely planet to come share a day or two of enlightening conversation and peace.
Interests
I am very interested in gardening, particularly desert gardening. I hope to establish some green houses here in the near future. Other interests are sustainability, holistic health, eating vegan or vegetarian, living peace and spirituality.

Music, Movies, and Books
I read and watch mostly non fiction. Favorite films are "Not for Ourselves Alone"and "A Question of Faith"
Books? Anything by Riane Eisler or Genevieve Vaughan
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Sunrise and sunset can be pretty spectacular anywhere. The First View of the Grand Canyon was surreal. Ash Meadow in Death Valley is amazing.
Teach, Learn, Share
The facility here is always looking for guest speakers on "empowering" subjects. As part of the Gift Economy, we do not charge for workshops, classes, overnight stays, ritual etc. If you have something to share, please let me know.
