ABOUT ME

Hi all, my name is Bo I am 21 years old female. Am currently travelling with my Boyfriend Mitch (25). Together we are making our way from Antigua, Guatemala down to panama. From there we are getting a boat across to Columbia where we will begin our South American Endeavour. thats the plan anyway! I have been travelling for just over two years now. I left Australia, just after completing my final years of high school with the aim of seeing Europe and all it had to offer me. With a one way ticket to london in my hand i left and haven't looked back since. Initially when asked by friends how long the trip would be i said three months, however deep down i felt it would be more. I spent 2 winter seasons living in Austria in the snow which was a blast. Met soo many amazing people there who will be friends for life. Initially it was a bit of a challenge as i was working in a bar where i didn't speak the language, however i quickly learnt the basics so get me by! So in between winters i travelled around Europe, mainly by myself, sometimes doing a week here or there with people. If i really liked a place i would work there for a while... portugal in particular was really fun! I spent the last summer working on a boat in Croatia for a European travel company as a guide and that is where i met Mitch. We decided it was time to leave Europe and experience something new. We spent two weeks in Morocco which was awsome, and then onto GUatemala, Central America where the journey begun!

Interests

At the moment my main Interest and passion is travel. I love meeting people from different cultures and learning about their experiences. both Mitch and I are new members to scuba diving and are now keen to do more! I love relaxing with a book on the beach, sitting in a cafe or a park and watching the world go by. Love to Ski and Snow board. Dancing.

Music, Movies, and Books

Bo- the greatest book i Have read is Shartaram by Gregory David Roberts. Has really inspired me to go to India now, so another thing on the bucket list! Also am a big fan of Steig Larsons Dragon tattoo series. Well written and i just couldnt put it down!

Mitch- movies - i like thrillers and comedy! chill out music as well as dance and party anthems. Anything that will spice up the life of the room!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Bo -Staying overnight in the Sahara desert, morocco; Late night snowboarding in the pitch black and fresh snow of the slope, Austria; living on a boat in Croatia for 4 months; Experiences the Craziness that is the dutch national holiday, Queensday;

Mitch- white water rafting in Zambezi, Africa; working on boats in the Croatian Islands; shark diving in South Africa, Scuba diving in Utila, Honduras; Skiing in the french Alps; seeing the colosseum in Rome; New years in Edinborough
