Overview
About Me
I live in an off-grid tiny house that I built in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado so my living situation is very simple...hauling water & chopping wood! A lot of my time is spent in service to local non-profits and grass-roots community building. I have a passion for youth development and have run many after school programs and coached high school and middle school students. I also enjoy volunteering for festivals and events and learning about different cultures and indigenous ceremonies. I've spent time studying and participating in Amazonian, Andean, Native American and Buddhist traditions and appreciate learning about different healing modalities and mindfulness practices like breathwork and meditation. I love experiencing new places and people and have an open heart and mind for learning and sharing. I enjoy staying healthy, active and being out in nature but I also absolutely love a good glass of wine or local beer and dance floor!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Living off-grid and being involved in many indigenous ceremonies brings beautiful new souls to our small community of Crestone. I've been hosting many travelers in my tiny house and in camping situations over the last few years. I believe in the spirit of generosity and spreading abundance to those around me. I also am passionate about traveling and enjoy the companionship and lessons to be learned from new friends.
