Born and bred Canadian on a journey to reconnect to my Viking roots.

I love all things wild, and am always up for an adventure. I find I'm charged by ominous weather, so you'll often find me out in the elements.
I like the unexpected that spontaneity brings, think I've got a good sense of humour, and am comfortable chilling out and being creative or painting the town red till the sun comes up.
In typical girl fashion I often get distracted by lace, shiny things, and puppies, and I'm often accused of harbouring "fanciful" ideas (I prefer to think of them as cunning plans).

There's something irreplaceable about seeing a place through the eyes of a local. I also often resent the fact that borders exist so this is my attempt at making the world more familiar.

Anything to do with the outdoors, music and dancing, history, cooking and eating.
As a true raven I'm constantly distracted by one shiny thing or another and these often take the form of creative projects, which means I usually have something from jewellery to painting on the go. I'm currently trying to become reacquainted with my DSLR as I love capturing feelings of a place or time in photographs.

Recently I have become fascinated with reincarnation and past lives, Chinese medicine & spirituality, and have rediscovered my fascination for Egypt and the mysteries surrounding megalithic structures.
