Overview
About Me
Open-minded, smiling, volunteering and curious travel-addict. I believe that every person and every event in one's life comes right in time and has a positive impact on someone's personality. Even if it is an illness or accident, you need to learn from it.
During 2015 I was participating in Erasmus in Szczecin, Poland. In 2016 was doing long-term EVS in Portugal for 9 months. Nowadays I study in the best Academy of Kyiv, work at a think-tank and explore Ukraine and Europe on weekends.
As you've probably understood from above, I don't like talking about myself too much. Let's meet up and try to get to know each other offline!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It's cool! While participating in international volunteering projects I understood that new friendship and activities are more important then soulless things I visited. So, Couchsurfing is the most 'hype' project to get to know about everyday life in a new place from locals, as well as share something with them, that's why I'm here.
All my hosts and guests were truly amazing people.
Interests
Volunteering, backpacking, jogging, swimming, politics, economy, urbanism, sustainability and environment protection.
I am serious with serious people and funny with funny ones. I like long night wine talks on history, policy and politics, psychology and philosophy.

Music, Movies, and Books
Depending on mood and situation:)
Books: both fiction and non-fiction
i. e. Irvin Yalom (!!!), Romen Gari aka Emile Agar, Guy Standing, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Milan Kundera, George Orwell, Vasyl Stus... "Harry Potter"
Music: my playlist changes every few months.
Ludovico Einaudi, Oomph!, Imagine Dragons, Okean Elzy, Eminem, Bumbox... they are totally different, I know ;)
As for movies: I can join you whatever you wanna watch! I prefer books for movies when I'm on myself.
Recently I started to explore theatres. So a play in a language I understand can be a good choice)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
There have been many since I started travelling! I'll name just two here:
1. Volunteering in Helsinki and then in Czechia in 2015. Really unforgettable experience! That's why I was living in Portugal for 9 months, volunteering at a higher level - EVS!
2. Running long distances. Having done a couple of half-marathons, now my aim is a marathon for 3 hours!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Emotions and experience, presents from Ukraine, long walks and long night talks, and I can cook some good dishes.
