Greetings all,

my name is Bohdana and I am a Visiting graduate research student at Dalhousie University, Halifax NS from Ukraine. Currently I'm doing there, in Halifax, my dental research.

I get a lot of pleasure from playing tennis, riding , cooking 🧑‍ and dancing with passion .

My main hobbies, except all above, are travelling and communication with incredible people. So, you might have an interlocutor with funny stories from 13 countries and even more if I will try to count all friends from all around the world

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I collect conversations with incredible people, because it's thanks to them, livelovers, I get to know the world. It's been 1.5 years since I made the decision to appreciate every day, to use every 24 hours to the maximum. That's why I'm starting my journey on Couchsurfing.

I traveled a lot in Europe during Erasmus+ youth exchanges and trainings. For me, it is now a tradition to discover the country not through tourist facilities, but through people, their culture and everyday life. Usually, I easily find a common language with the interlocutor, maybe because I am a dentist, and therefore, like the people around me, I smile often and a lot.

Started to work in travel industry when I was 15 and created a team of 200 incredible people.

What I Can Share with Hosts

• As a ballroom dancer, I will be able to teach you my favorite waltz, tango or samba movements.

• As a future doctor, I will be able to tell a lot about the connection between physical activity and health, as well as myths and fakes about maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

• As a Tennis lover, I can play with you couples of sets.

• As an ambassador of Ukraine, I will be able to demonstrate that Ukraine is a story not only about war, but also about incredible culture, history and people and also cook for you some of amazing Ukrainian dishes.
