About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I want to get to know as many people around the world as possible

ABOUT ME

I am very passionate about music and art. I love getting to know people from other countries and cultures. I am currently studying German and Austrian culture in Salzburg, Austria. It has been one of the best experiences of my life.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is not worth going through without love: whatever or whoever that is is one's own pursuit. One should undertake the pursuit of it with vigor and energy. At times it may be tiring, tedious, and trying, but it will always be worth it with love.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would love to host people, but I can only have one person at a time, and my building is a dorm, so there is a 3,60 euro charge for the bed and it is a mattress on the floor (so not an ideal situation...but I'm open to it if anyone needs a spot to sleep)

Interests

I love comedy, stand-up and sketch or anything a little wacky. I love German (the language and the culture). Other than that, I like normal stuff: friends, a night out dancing, or a night in with good food and good conversation.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like:
opera and classical, both professionally and personally
folk, jazz, blues, big band, and 60's on my own
and a bit of dance and pop when I go out

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have had the opportunity to spend an extended period of time out side of my country. I have been fortunate enough to live in Austria for a year. In that time I have met some really great people, learned about how others live, and learned a lot about myself too. There is nothing that tests a person like taking them away from everything they know and seeing if they can survive in a new environment.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Canada, France, Jamaica, Switzerland

Countries I’ve Lived In

Austria, United States
