About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to meet as many people from as many countries of the world as possible!

ABOUT ME

I am a young business owner whose passion in life is traveling and meeting travelers! After spending 2 years living and working in the amazing city of London, I came back to Cape Town and started my own backpackers hostel here in an awesome neighbourhood called Observatory - or lovingly 'Obs'. I truly believe it would be a shame not to see this part of Cape Town on your travels here and so decided to offer surfers 2 nights free in my backpackers.

PHILOSOPHY

The world is like a book, and those who do not travel, read only one page.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I offer 1 dorm bed to a couch surfer every night in my backpackers, for a stay of either 1 or 2 nights.

I do ask that any surfers who wish to come and stay have a complete profile as well as at least 2 references.

Also, as I run my backpackers myself, I usually don't really have much time to show surfers around myself or go out and party with them - however, myself and my staff can offer great advise on where to go and also help with arranging day trips, safaris and also car hire. We can also sort you out for onward travel in South Africa. You will also surely meet other great travelers in the dorm room.

I do ask that surfers who's plans change just let me know timeously, as obviously I am reserving a bed for you which costs me a sale, so when you don't turn up, you cost another surfer a spot to stay.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have so far hosted surfers from quite a few countries in my backpackers and have really enjoyed meeting all these interesting people. I also traveled Australia for a month staying with several friends.

Interests

TRAVELLING of course!!
I would love to learn a new language.
I enjoy cycling and hope to participate in the 2014 Argus cycle tour.
