About Me

Currently traveling!!

My name is Bojan, and I am an adventurer.

Please note before requesting to stay with me that I am a very disorganized person, long term planning does not work for me, so any request that is for anything over a week in advance has a high chance of being declined due to the fact that I have no idea where I will be or what I will be doing at that time.

A little bit about me, I am a nature person and a people person, use to be homeless for some time while I hitchhiked around Europe, but after doing that for a while I got a bit tired, and bored (mostly tired, to be honest). So now I'm back at home, resting and planning out my next trips.

I don't really care whether you read my profile or not, but you might wanna, there is some cool stuff here and there.

I live with other people so the first thing I do when I get a request is ask them whether they are okay with hosting the person who sent the request. If they agree, then there is a 99.5% chance I will host you.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Basically, started off because I really liked the concept of CS, and continued because I absolutely loved it and was satisfied with how it works.
In every town you visit there is a really awesome person and there are big chances this person will be on couchsurfing.
I really like the people I get to meet here, and aside from that couchsurfing has given me a refuge in many situations where I would've had to sleep outside (usually it's no problem for me to do this, but when I'm not prepared, it is). So basically, I use couchsurfing because it's pretty damn amazing and useful.

I'm not uptight, I would host anyone, thats the point of couchsurfing, I don't expect anything in return. You can do whatever you want, I don't care if you hang out with me or not, nor do I care whether you use couchsurfing just for free accommodation or for other reasons, it's all the same, doesn't concern me, it's your thing, your choice, your way of life.

Interests

I like travelling a lot, a person learns and grows the most by traveling and talking to other people. Every other person I meet is, for me, a book, and I love books.

The only thing I value is information, I really enjoy learning.

I'm kind of a hipster, I like rare things, things that are not very popular, alternative things, and old things.

I am a rock climber, a mountain climber as well this is because I am a nature enthusiast, I used to go cycling a lot too, but my bicycle is gone now so I have transitioned to swimming. Basically, I enjoy nature sports, usually ones that would pump me up with adrenaline.

I also enjoy cooking, so whenever I can I cook for myself, and sometimes others, honestly, I prefer to know what I'm eating and how it was cooked, rather than be served in a restaurant or whatever.
I love to experiment with cooking a lot.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like quality music, any genre, just let it be good. So I practically listen to anything, just let it be good, and it needs to fit the occasion and mood. But sometimes I just listen to fridge noises.
I read a lot of books, "a lot" here being a relative term because for some it is a lot, but for me it's never enough. My favorite one is "The Little Prince", that is if I can chose only one, because I have a lot of favorite books, same goes for music.
And I also enjoy movies, artsy ones, most Tarantino movies, the Lord of the Rings movies, The Big Lebowsky, Big Fish, Ichi the killer, La Planete Sauvage, and my alltime favorite, A trip to the Moon. But recently I have dedicated a lot of my time to Japanese anime.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've seen many amazing things, and I reckon I'll continue to do so, but one really amazing thing I've done, was this one time, when I crawled out of a vagina in which I was stuck for like 9 months, and I was so stuck that a couple of people were trying to pull me out.
Funny how they were all dressed in white, the whole situation was bloody, and if you thought tomato sauce was a bother to clean from white clothing, you don't wanna even think about getting blood off of white clothes... Idiots.
Anyways, yeah, the whole situation was pretty cool, I was so happy I was out that I started to cry so loudly, ah, good times.

Teach, Learn, Share

Sometimes, you need to get lost in order to find yourself.
I also believe that the best things in life are free.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A bed. I can spare some time (depending on how much free time I have), some of my stories, experiences as well, and maybe some knowledge too (some may see it as knowledge, some not, who am I to say?).
Also food, I can share food, if you like my cooking.
