ABOUT ME

I would like to meet some interesting folks and perhaps make some friends. I haven't traveled seriously, outside of the woods to the north of me, in years. I'd like to venture out more. Maybe this site will help... I don't place a whole lot of value in what people do for a living, I'm more curious about passion and heart. However, in the interest of getting to know me, I work as a psychotherapist.

PHILOSOPHY

I try my best to love and serve with a grateful sad and tender heart. Also being curious about oneself seems pretty important.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new to couch surfing, but have met a few really cool people through a friend that hosts and surfs regularly.

Interests

I'm super into Buddhist thought and practice. I like swimming in the ocean by the big rock in Morro bay around sunset. I'm forever interested in relationships. They are so incredibly disturbing and potentially healing. I also love having friends over for dinner and a fire. Talkin and laughing. I'm a pretty simple man. Oh and playing with my nephew pictured above! He is the most soulful person I've ever known.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really enjoy reading and talking about books. I have been reading a lot of Donald Winnicot and Mark Epstein lately. I'm a bit of a psychology geek.
