ABOUT ME
I love meeting new people and slow paced travel - taking each day as it comes and soaking it all up. Basically just don't like to rush around! I love nature, keeping active and taking in the fresh air, but also a bit of a hedonist - love to cook, eat, drink, laugh loud and throw caution to the wind every now and then.
PHILOSOPHY
Where to start! This changes a little from day to day for me I guess. After all, people are impermanent - like a river, moving in a continuous flow, but different from one day to the next. I like this and other buddhist concepts, but also to live a balanced life - everything in moderation including moderation! My number one principles are to be kind to people and true to myself.

Music, Movies, and Books
Appreciate all music, especially folky rock (i am the waifs number one fan), electrofunk, early 90s dance, happy poppy house, my Dad's old record collection and anything that makes me dance.
I dont watch TV but love a good film. Favourite film and book genre: dystopian / postapocalytic (eg Delicatessan, tank girl, brazil).
Love to read, though find it hard to find the time of late. I love books with good character development that allow me to truly see the world from a different perspective, are a bit kooky, but which also teach me things about a time/place the world. Favourite authours include Peter Carey, Peter Goldsworthy and Tim Winton (All Australian sorry!)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Difficult question! I get easily excited about recent experiences and let them eclipse old memories. Travelling on the festival circuit I've had some amazing experiences. Some recent experiences from travelling Australia also come to mind: bodysurfing in a perfect swell in crystal clear waters on a deserted beach.....camping in a rainforest...
Teach, Learn, Share
I have a great interest in food, wine, health, nutrition, permaculture. especially love cooking and trying new food.
Enjoy hiking and appreciating natural attractions
I love foreign film, live music (dark/sexy cabaret, yeah!)
Love to party, even if its just a bit of cheesy dance music in the lounge room.
