Introverted and a little shy but working on it.

PHILOSOPHY

To keep on learning and experiencing life.

Although I don't believe in God, I would like to but I can't. I lead my life to my own values, hoping that when I die, if I'm wrong about him, God will forgive me anyway.

Completely unmaterialistic: the most precious things are knowledge, experiences and memories; nobody can steal these from you.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

There's not much demand for stays in Bolton but I have hosted three times. Each was a pleasurable and enriching experience.

Intereses

Mountaineering (and an indifferent climber), gardening, history and landscapes. Good food, especially Eastern cuisines.

Travelling (of course)

I am trying, with only moderate success, to learn Russian.

Algo increíble que he hecho

I survived a bad climbing accident in 1997 on the Isle of Skye. I always wondered what it would feel like to have an accident and now I know :-)
