At the first place music without any doubt, listening to, playing instruments and whatever of musical there is in the reality.
Any kind of music: at the moment really impressed by world music and chill out.
As musical instrument: guitar.
Books of course, specially Harry Potter (don't ask me why), Osho and any spiritual stuff or something like that.
Last but not least: movies.
Movies are the perfect mix of music, literature and images.
Just some names of directors: Pier Paolo Pasolini, Stanley Kubrick, Ingmar Bergman, Robert Bresson and so on.

Don't know...

I can teach some kata of Shotokan Karate or some breathing exercises.

And share some personal info on Jodorowsky Tarot, the beautiful one, and some very simple and basic but good recipes.

About the rest: listening to the others is the master way of learning.
