About Me

Hi!! I'm Bonnie from Hong Kong! Hong Kong is a wonderful place with a beautiful skyline and a harbour night view. I am very eager to learn new things and I am very optimistic! I'm now currently an exchange student in Zurich, Switzerland. In the coming Christmas and New Year, I would love to travel around Europe and meet new people!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have lived in Europe for nearly half a year but I still haven't tried it yet! I heard from friends that such new experience is really nice cos you got to know new and friendly people and learn more about their culture.

Interests

I have lots of interests! I love singing, listening and making music, drawing, making the others happy, laughing, reading, dancing...e.t.c. Recently I bought a ukulele and learnt how to play it. It's really great that I can sing and play the music! This makes me happy.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have a wide taste of music, e.g. Korean pop group like Bigbang, Western pop singers like Jason Marz, Sam Smith, Chinese like Lin Jun Jie... Basically, music is my life, an element that I can't live without. Even without listening to it, my brain plays automatically! XD
For movies, I like "Batman" cos he's my idol since I was small haha!
My favorite book is "Last Lecture" by Randy Pausch. I also love to read fanfictions. Sometimes I read Japanese manga and watch anime.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have once organized a concert in Hamburg, Germany for an internship! That's the most intensive week ever in my life. I have tons of duties like tour guides, photographer, responsible for the instruments, translator for teenagers in museum, promotion of the concert etc. Though these works seemed a bit hard, I enjoyed it and I have learnt so much from them!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you Cantonese for sure!! If you have a ukulele, we can play together.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We can exchange our cultural experience. I can cook some Chinese dishes though it may not be really good... I'll try my best and make you some good dishes!

Countries I’ve Visited

China, France, Germany, Japan, Poland, Portugal, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In
