Traveling is a part of our lives. We have been fortunate to be able to take 3-4 weeks off each year to travel. If you live in the US, you know how hard it is to take 3-4 weeks off from work ;P. We are hopeful to be able to do this for the rest of our lives.

We are new to Couchsurfing. This site was introduced by other travelers we met at our previous trip.

Interests

Bonnie loves to cook! She loves to try out different recipes and share with other people. You can visit her blog at http://bonniekitchen.blogspot.com/. She also likes to take pictures of random things with her point-and-shoot camera.
Jason is pretty much a Pacific Northwest boy. He loves music, micro-brew beer and American football. He is also very into history and news.
Both of us like to go out to see the wild, while sometimes to stay in town to try out a neighborhood restaurant or a new cocktail place.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I met a couple from New Zealand during our Vietnam trip back in 2009 and during our conversation, they recommended us to go to Egypt which they had a very great time when they were there a couple years back. The following year we went to Egypt and Jordan. When we were walking down the street in Jordan, we saw the same New Zealand couple at the corner of the street while they were taking a trip to Jordan, Israel and Syria that year. It was amazing to see them again and I guess we do live in a small world!
