ABOUT ME

I'm an energetic, open-minded animal lover with German background living in Sweden. At the moment I'm waiting (and hoping) to be accepted to study in university after the summer.
My hobby is playing improvisational theatre. No two sessions are alike and it's this diversion that makes improvisation appealing to me. In the rest of my time I meet friends and am social in general. I like to be active, I do training, I'm outside, hiking, canoeing etc but I can also be lazy and just watch sports or read. I'm also in a book club.
When I travel, I like to learn about the culture and history by talking to people. I don't like "walking the trodden path" but instead I would like locals to give me tips about secluded places that few tourists see.
I love cooking and usually write down some of the recipes I "meet" along the way. Cooking with friends is fun and I would absolutely do it when surfing or hosting as well.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment, I'm staying with my parents, so unfortunately I cannot host. But as soon as I know where I end up after the summer, I will be able to.
In the meantime, I am an active member of the Gothenburg Couchsurfing Community. I went to sunday fikas, boardgaming events and the occasional afterwork on a friday night.
