ABOUT ME

I love traveling. I live for the adventures and can never stay too long in one place. I love meeting new people and making friends. My dad was in the military so growing up this was something that I did often. I am very easy going and don't need much to be happy. A day on the beach would make me the happiest person. I live for the little things and make the most out of every situation. Always look on the bright side of life, it gets you farther.

PHILOSOPHY

To live life to the fullest as if tomorrow wasn't promised.To take the chances and go on the adventures. "Why not?" Everything you do, learn from it, the good the bad and the ugly. Stop saying "One day...". Today is the day.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

This is my first time using the couch surfing community. My friend and I have been participating in an internship in Germany working for children of the military families for the past four months. We are extending our tickets at the end of our contract to travel the world and explore a bit more! We are looking into becoming a part of the couch surfing community during our backpacking trip!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Like mentioned before, I have no experience with couchsurfing quite yet but as soon as I do, I will make sure to come back and fill in this section!

Interests

The outdoors, hiking and camping I really enjoy!

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm very open to all music but if I had to list some genres I love country and I am a big "top 40's" girl. Whatever is really on the radio!

I don't get too read too much but I do enjoy it when I pick up a good book like the Hunger Games!

As far as movies, I like the old school movies, the classics! I also really enjoy She's the Man. It always gives me a good laugh and there are great "one-liners" in that movie. Also, as long as a movie keeps me on the edge of my seat and makes me think about what's going to happen next, I enjoy it!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent a summer in Japan and while I was there, I was able to climb Mt. Fuji.

Teach, Learn, Share

I feel that everywhere you go, you always gather tips about that city or country that are valuable to share when someone else travels there. Maybe hidden gems that you stumbled upon and people should definitely know about. The more you travel, the more knowledge you gain! I hope to learn as well as share about my experience at each of these cities!
