Welcome to Brussels!

I'm just someone... living in Brussels. I love this city, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge about it with others.

If you want to know more, even before having the opportunity to meet me, you need to buy my autobiography :p

Just check my references if you want to know the kind of guy I am :) It's going to take you a while, but it's going to give you a pretty accurate idea of who I am.

I would describe myself as a bit introverted, in the sense that I'm not the typical high-energy crazy guy. However, I often take the lead when needed. I'm a bit of an attention whore too :p

I ORGANIZED

- A free visit of the Musical Instruments Museum (MIM) in the center of Brussels (link) - (Jun/2010).
- A free visit of the Extreme-Orient Museum, including the Japanese Tower, the Japanese Arts Museum and the Chinese Pavilion, near the Heizel (link) - (Jul/2010).
- A free visit of the Royal Army and Military History Museum, at the Cinquantenaire (link) - (Jul/2010).
- Initiated and co-organize the weekly French Conversation Tables in Brussels for people who want to learn or improve their level of French (started in Oct 2010 - still running in June 2013).
- Brussels Summer Event 2011 (3rd year): 6 days full of events.
- Brussels Summer Event 2012 (4th year): 5 days full of events.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had a lot of great experiences since I started. It's getting harder every day to say which one was the best :)

It's usually not about what I do with my surfers, but about the connection we create. Sometimes there's not big connection, but it doesn't make it a bad experience :)

Besides hosting, I participate a lot in the local dimension of CouchSurfing. I organize and/or attend meetings/events/gatherings in Brussels on a regular basis (at least once a week).
