About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Train ride from durban to cape town
ABOUT ME
Studying electronic engineering at the moment. Problem is most of my student friends don't really enjoy travelling as much as I do. Lazy bastards.
Lived in durban for 4 years now. Grew up on a farm in the midlands. People sometimes think I'm British.
hmm, what else...
Things I love: hiking, photography, backpacking (obviously), camping, driving, BEER, blogging, google, simpsons.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
My student workload can drive me mad occasionally. Excuses to go on small trips are good for me. Unfortunately my evil landlady doesn't allow me to bring guests, so I can't offer a couch yet :(
Enjoy driving up to the drakensberg, south coast, north coast, zululand, Midlands Meander (where I grew up), anywhere with new friends. I'm starting to know my land well.
Have a spare tent & sleeping bag, I enjoy excuses to camp at the beach ;-) Just typing that makes me feel like sitting around a fire and opening a beer now.
Sigh
Stupid workload.
